WEglobal’s roots go back 30 years and has over 130 permanent employees and consultants. The company works all over the world on technical assistance projects financed by international agencies, such as the EU, World Bank, UN and FCDO. The overall objectives of these interventions are to promote peace, good government and human rights; spur growth, job opportunities and human development; meet the challenges of migration; protect the environment; and fight climate change.
WEglobal’s office in Milan acts as the business development HQ; the office in Ankara acts as an operational hub; in Skopje and Belgrade, the offices cover work in the Balkans region; in the London office, cooperates with the UK-led development and innovation agencies. WEglobal also has an office in New Jersey, USA, to cooperate with digital innovation agencies; and in Brussels, we closely communicate with EC services. Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Moldova, Azerbaijan, and Georgia are some of the countries that WEglobal currently implements projects.

WEglobal has been acknowledged for its excellent project management. Recently, WEglobal was awarded by the Global Project Excellence Awards of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), which celebrates outstanding project management achievements by nominating and recognising projects and programmes that have achieved great and exemplary results in project management.
WEglobal has been selected as one of the Top 4 Project Management Offices in Europe at the PMO Global Awards. The award was granted through the evaluation of different criteria such as services/functions the project office provides to its clients and stakeholders, methods and techniques that are provided and their alignment with best practices, innovation and creating an engaged community within the organisation.
Increased Public Understanding and Enhanced Stakeholder Capacity on the Required Joint Efforts on Climate Action (IklimIn) project (Türkiye) was awarded as Silver Winner of IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards, in the Change Management/Product Development/Marketing category. WEglobal took the lead role for its successful delivery, as appreciated by the IPMA Global Project Excellence judges.
Visibility and communication for actions related to AA/DCFTA implementation in the framework of the EU funded assistance programmes project (Moldova) of WEglobal was awarded as Gold Winner of IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards, in the Social/Regional Development/Community Service category. Despite challenging and unpredictable political and cultural environment in different parts of the country, WEglobal successfully managed to design and implement public awareness-raising campaigns across the country with high-impact results.
WEglobal has extensive expertise in communication and stakeholder engagement and also brings innovation and technology and proposals for innovative platforms in project management, awareness-raising, and event management. WEglobal also has acquired knowledge in environmental protection, climate change adaptation/mitigation, green economy, policy dialogue, SMEs, entrepreneurship, women empowerment, gender equality and gender sensitivity. In line with these services mentioned above, WEglobal has developed climate resilient low-carbon actions and actions related to green economy, prepared environmental protection plans, strengthened infrastructure for women entrepreneurs’ participation and prepared business plans for entrepreneurs, facilitated women’s business start-ups, promoted women’s participation to economic life and conducted training programs on gender sensitivity, social empowerment, woman rights in numerous projects.
